When you submit an enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, referrer, browser type) through Google Analytics.

We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use the site and improve our content.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to an unsolicited enquiry). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent where required.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io). Analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Both are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless you request deletion earlier.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@transact.ie to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies
